book has a good initial section covering the history of
Communication and Radio followed by sections covering
1922 through 1960 split up into small groups of years. |

For
each group there are numerous photographs of receivers
(crystal - transistor) with information on the cabinet
types, number of valves, initial price, year of
manufacture and manufacturer etc. |

If
you collect old UK radios this book is a must have, if
only to identify your finds and discover that its not as
old as you thought!! |
